Fauna and Flora International
WildInvest works closely with Fauna and FIora International
which has been conserving wildlife since 1903. FFI act to
conserve threatened species and eco systems worldwide, choosing
solutions that are sustainable, based on sound science and take
account of human needs. FFI also runs a scheme called the
Flagship Species Fund which funds conservation projects for
threatened fauna & flora up to £5,000.
The Whitley Fund for Nature
WildInvest has
given various awards up to £30,000 through The Whitley Awards Scheme.
WFN offers several prestigious awards for nature conservation at the
annual Whitley Awards Ceremony in London at the Royal Geographical
Society.
IUCN, the World Conservation Union
IUCN's Species
Survival Commission is a network of conservation scientists around the
world who make up species specialist groups. The Commission is
responsible for publishing species conservation action plans and the
Red List of Threatened Species, the
definitive guidebook on the status of globally endangered species.
